Because of the Gospel’s calling to preach and teach, Mutual Faith has always been involved in leadership training. While we do host leadership conferences around the world, we believe it is even more beneficial to communities to establish systematic Bible Schools to more fully equip people for life in Christ. The LIFE Leadership Institute is a 1 or 2 year program in the languages of the people. It has local teachers/instructors on each campus (usually located in local churches), and LLI tries to encourage people to take their place in serving the Lord in their local church via the ministry of helps, as well as the five-fold ministry gifts. (Eph 4:11).

Right now we have over 2000 active students in Latin American nations including: Costa Rica, Panama, Columbia, and Honduras. The graduations are a time of great celebration, as students and family members celebrate their new capacity to serve the church.

Don Korach has been a missionary with Mutual Faith since 1992 and is the president of the Latin American expression of Mutual Faith, called, Fe Mutua.  In 1984, Don moved to Costa Rica from the USA to become a missionary. He  later met his wife Marjorie whom now works along side of him in organizing the LIFE Leadership Institute.

In addition to managing the LIFE Leadership institute, Don and his team host many missionary groups from churches in the USA throughout the year. This provides a great opportunity for churches to partner with the ministry, help with the Bible Schools, and strengthen the local churches.
